The Agent Panel gives agents the tools they need to manage their assigned customers, policies, claims, and payments—all in one place.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a clear overview of:

  • Total customers, policies, and insurances the agent is managing
  • A monthly payment chart showing transaction trends
  • A simple, card-based layout and side navigation for easy access

This helps agents quickly understand their performance and client activity.

Customers

Agents can manage their own customers:

  • Add or update customer details like name, phone number, address, and date of birth
  • Upload a profile photo and view medical or company-related info if needed
  • See how many policies are linked to each customer
  • Use search and filters to find or update customer records easily

Insurances

Manage insurance policies linked to agent’s customers:

  • Assign a policy to a customer with selected coverage and duration
  • View policy details like type, sum assured, and number of insured people
  • Automatically preview installment schedules based on selected pricing
  • Agents can only view and manage records they are responsible for

Claims

Handle insurance claims submitted by your customers:

  • View submitted claims, each linked to a specific customer and insurance policy
  • See details like claim number, reason, date, and current status
  • Agents can create and manage claims, but claim status updates are controlled by the admin
  • Only claims tied to the agent’s policies are visible

Payments

View all premium payments made for the agent's insurances:

  • See customer name, policy ID, payment date, tax, and premium amount
  • All amounts are shown in the correct currency format
  • Agents cannot edit payments—this view is read-only for transparency

This panel gives agents full visibility into their assigned customers and policies—while maintaining role-based access control for security.
