Services
In the Services Module, the admin has the ability to efficiently manage service offerings by creating, updating, and deleting services. Additionally, the admin can directly handle service statuses, and configuration settings from the listings, streamlining service management and ensuring accurate service oversight.
Counters
This module allows you to create and manage service counters tailored to your organization's needs. You can easily assign services to specific counters, manage counter statuses (open, closed, maintenance), and designate counter assignments, ensuring efficient customer waiting list management.
Staff
This module streamlines staff management for the organization. Effortlessly track details such as staff names, contact information, and current work status. You can also assign staff members to specific counters and manage their permissions and access levels.
Tokens
This module offers a detailed history of all service tokens generated and processed through the system. Admins can access comprehensive information for each token, including customer details, service type, priority level, status, and timestamps, ensuring transparent tracking and management of customer interactions.
Priority
In the Priority Module, the admin has the ability to efficiently manage priority levels by creating, updating, and deleting priority categories. Additionally, the admin can directly handle priority settings, order arrangements, and special customer accommodations, streamlining priority management and ensuring proper service differentiation.
Customer
This module allows you to manage customer information and interactions. Effortlessly track customer details such as names, contact information and visit history. You can also view customer statistics and manage customer-related settings.
Reports
This module provides comprehensive reporting capabilities for analyzing queue management performance. Access detailed reports on service performance, staff productivity, token statistics, wait times, and customer flow patterns. Generate insights to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Cancelled Tokens
The Cancelled Tokens report provides detailed insights into tokens that have been cancelled, helping identify patterns and reasons for service cancellations to improve operational efficiency.
Completed Tokens
The Completed Tokens report offers comprehensive statistics on successfully processed tokens, enabling analysis of service completion rates.
Customer Visit Reports
The Customer Visit Reports module tracks customer engagement and visit patterns, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and service utilization trends.
Daily Tokens Report

Settings
The Settings Module allows you to customize the appearance and behavior of your queue management system. Currently, the module includes the following configurable options:
Token Generation Theme Selection Customize the visual theme for token generation screens. You can select from predefined themes to ensure that the token display aligns with your organization’s branding and style preferences.
Waiting List Theme Selection Choose the visual theme for the waiting list interface. This allows you to control how the waiting list is presented to customers, providing a consistent and professional look that matches your queue management system.
